Vaihtomattopalvelut Tampereen ev.lut. seurakuntayhtymä pyytää tarjoustanne vaihtomattopalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Vaihtomattopalveluihin kuuluu puhtaiden mattojen toimitus tilaajan määrittelemiin kohteisiin. Sopimukseen sisältyy tilaajan kanssa sovituin vaihtovälein vaihtomattojen vaihtotyö kuljetuksineen ja käytettyjen mattojen pesetys sekä kuivaus . Tilaajan toimipisteet sijaitsevat Tampereen alueella pois lukien Vatialan kappeli, joka sijaitsee Kangasalan puolella. Kohteita ovat erilaiset kirkkokiinteistöt, hautausmaiden huoltorakennukset, toimintakeskus sekä erilaiset seurakunnalliset tilat. Kilpailutuksella hankitaan vuokrapalveluina yksi (1) vaihtomattotoimittaja. Hankintapäätös on tarkoitus tehdä joulukuussa 2024 ja hankintasopimuksen on tarkoitus astua voimaan 1.1.2025. Tilaajalla ei ole määräostovelvoitetta palveluiden hankintaan. Toimittajalla ei ole yksinmyyntioikeutta. Rinnakkaiset tai vaihtoehtoiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Palvelukokonaisuus sisältää mattovuokrauspalvelun. Tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä mainitut määrät ovat arvioita ja ne perustuvat nykyisiin käyttömääriin. Määrät voivat muuttua(lisääntyä/vähentyä) sopimuskauden aikana sekä mattojen vaihtovälit voivat muuttua. Muutoksiin voivat vaikuttaa kauden toiminta, remontit, toiminnan päättyminen yms. Esimerkiksi Hervannan kirkon toiminta remontin jälkeen toiminta alkaa loppuvuodesta 2025. Muutoksista johtuen toimitukset tulee voida keskeyttää sovituksi ajaksi tai peruuttaa kokonaan korvauksetta. Vaihtomatot jäävät kohteeseen keskeytyksen ajaksi kohteeseen ellei toisin sovita. Tältä ajalta vaihtomatoista ei veloiteta pesetys-/kuljetuskustannuksia. Kaikista muutoksista sovitaan tilaajan kanssa aina erikseen tapauskohtaisesti. Toimittaja tekee yhdessä tilaajan kanssa tarvekartoituksen ja suunnitelman tuotteiden sijoittamisesta sekä vaihtoväleistä. Mattojen vaihtovälit ovat pääasiassa kahden, neljän tai kahdeksan viikon välein tai tarvittaessa harvemmin. Tarkemmat tiedot kohteista löytyvät liitteestä "kohdeluettelo".
