DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. DPS:N KESTO DPS:n kesto on 11.11.2021-14.12.2027. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen 15.12.2021. Sisäisiä kilpailutuksia voidaan tehdä DPS:n hankintavaiheen alettua. Hankintasopimukset tulee tehdä ennen dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän päättymistä. Hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa enintään 14.12.2029 saakka. Hankintasopimukseen perustuvat hankinnat (tilaukset) tulee tehdä ennen hankintasopimuksen päättymistä.
