Koulutien kevyen liikenteen sillan suunnittelu Loviisan kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia Ruotsinpyhtään Ruukissa sijaitsevan Koulutien kevyen liikenteen sillan suunnittelusta, tässä asiakirjassa esitetyin ehdoin. Suunnittelutyön sisältöön sisältyy myös vanhan putkisiltarakenteen purkusuunnittelun, uuden sillan arkkitehtuuri- ja rakennesuunnittelu, geotekniset tutkimukset- ja suunnittelu. Toimeksiantoon sisältyy lisäksi suunnitelmien työnaikainen muutossuunnittelu. Suunnittelutyön tavoitteena on saada tilaajan käyttöön, riittävän yksityiskohtaiset ja tasoiset urakka asiakirjat, sillan urakkalaskentavaihetta ja rakennusurakan toteutusta varten. Sillan rakentaminen toteutetaan vuoteen 2026 loppuun mennessä. Sillan suunnittelutyön sisältö: Työ tulee olla valmis vastaanotettavissa 11.04.2025 mennessä. Konsultin tehtävänä on suunnitella Ruotsinpyhtään Ruukissa sijaitsevan Koulutien jkpp-tie kevyen liikenteen silta, rakennettava silta korvaa nykyisen Uksinpekki joen ylittävän putkisillan. Suunniteltava silta- ja tiealue on plv 175 – 210 alueella. ks. liite, asemapiirustus jkpp-tie piir no: 101. Sillan ja tiealueen kokonaispituus on n. 35m, sisältäen tiealueen korotuksen. Suunnittelutyö sisältää myös tarvittavan maarakenteiden geoteknisen tutkimuksen, geoteknisen suunnittelun ja vanhan sillan purkusuunnittelun. Uuden sillan rakenteiden mitoitus, väyläviraston normien ja ohjeiden mukaan. Mitoituksessa huomioidaan ympäristön olosuhteet ja hulevesien virtaamavaihtelut. Uuden sillan käyttöikä mitoitus 100 v. Siltojen ulkonäköön liittyvissä kysymyksissä, toimitaan yhteistyössä tilaajan ja palveluntuottajan kesken. Tilaajalla on antaa omat suunnitelmaluonnokset suunnittelijan käyttöön. Palvelutuottajan tulee hyväksyttää omat suunnitelmaluonnokset tilaajalla, sillan ulkonäköön liittyvissä kysymyksissä. Siltasta laaditaan asiakirjakokonaisuus, urakkalaskentaa ja rakennusurakan toteutusta varten. Asiakirjakokonaisuus laaditaan ohjeen RIL 214-2002 "Silta-alan konsultoinnin tehtävät" kohdan 2.4 mukaisesti. Pohjarakennussuunnittelija laatii siltasuunnittelun edellyttämät geotekniset suunnitelmat. Geotekninen suunnittelija määrittää yhdessä siltasuunnittelijan kanssa sillan perustamistaparatkaisut. Palvelun toteuttaja vastaa asiakirjojen täydennyksistä ja suunnitelmien rakentamisvaiheen muutoksista asiakirjoihin. Silta kirjataan taitorakennerekisteriin, "Taitorakenteiden tiedon käsittely" ohjeen mukaisesti. Suunnitelmat tallennetaan taitorekisteriin Väyläviraston ohjeen LO 36/2018 mukaisesti. Taitorakennerekisteriin tallentamattomat, mutta tilaajalle ja sillan kunnossapidon kannalta hyödyllinen materiaali (dwg,pdf,fem,tif ym.) tulee toimittaa tilaajalle sähköisessä muodossa. Tehdyt suunnitelmat (dwg ja pdf) ja urakka-aineisto (pdf) toimitetaan tilaajalle sähköisessä muodossa. Kaikki aineistojen toimittamiseen, kirjaukseen tai tallentamiseen liittyvät toimenpiteet tulee tehdä, työn luovutuspäivään mennessä. Osapuolten välillä pidetään tilaajan ja palveluntuottajan välinen loppukokous suunnittelutyöstä 11.04.2025 mennessä. Palveluntuottaja sopii ja varaa kokouksen ajankohdan yhdessä tilaajan kanssa, vähintään 2 viikkoa ennen kokouksen määräaikaa. A set of documents is prepared for the bridge, for the calculation of the contract and the implementation of the construction contract. The set of documents is prepared in accordance with section 2.4 of the instruction RIL 214-2002 "Tasks for consulting in the bridge industry". The foundation engineer prepares the geotechnical plans required for bridge design. Together with the bridge designer, the geotechnical designer determines the foundation method solutions for the bridge. The provider of the service is responsible for additions to the documents and changes to the documents during the construction phase of the plans. The bridge is recorded in the skill structure register, according to the "Data processing of skill structures" instruction. The plans are recorded in the skill register in accordance with the Norwegian Railways Agency's instruction LO 36/2018.
