A cette occasion et dans le prolongement de la politique municipale en faveur de l'événementiel, la Ville de Toul souhaite mettre en place un village de Noël composé d'un village du Père Noel et d'un village des artisans. Quantités (fournitures et services), nature et étendue (travaux) : L'exécution des prestations aura lieu du 07/12/2024 inclus au 05/01/2025 inclus. Refus des variantes.
