V. Durée du marché ou délai d'exécution Ãeuros compter du 01/01/2025 jusqu'au 31/12/2028 VI. Justifications à produire quant aux qualités et capacités du candidat Autres renseignements demandés: Situation juridique: Le candidat peut présenter sa candidature sous forme d'un document unique de marché européen (DUME), en lieu et place des formulaires DC1 et DC2. En cas de groupement d'opérateurs économiques, chacun des membres du groupement fournira un formulaire DUME complété. Capacité économique et financière: 1. Une déclaration concernant le chiffre d'affaires global et le chiffre d'affaires concernant services objet du marché, réalisés au cours des trois derniers exercices disponibles. Si un candidat est objectivement dans l'impossibilité de produire ces renseignements, il peut prouver sa capacité financière par la production de tout document considéré comme équivalent (une attestation comptable : état financier de l'entreprise depuis sa création, dont chiffre d'affaires ainsi que, le cas échéant, la liste des éventuelles prestations en cours en précisant pour chacune d'entre elles le montant et la nature des prestations exécutées). Capacité technique: 1. - Une déclaration indiquant les effectifs moyens annuels du candidat et l'importance du personnel d'encadrement pour chacune des trois dernières années. - Présentation d'une liste des principaux services effectués au cours des trois dernières années, indiquant le montant, la date et le destinataire public ou privé. Les prestations de services sont prouvées par des attestations du destinataire ou, à défaut, par une déclaration de l'opérateur économique - Déclaration indiquant l'outillage, le matériel et l'équipement technique dont le candidat dispose pour la réalisation de marchés de même nature. - Certificats de qualifications professionnelles. La preuve de la capacité de l'entreprise peut être apportée par tout moyen, notamment par le certificat d'inscription au registre des transporteurs délivré par les autorités administratives compétentes (décret 99-752 du 30 août 1999), des certificats d'identité professionnelle ou des références attestant de la compétence de l'entreprise à réaliser la prestation pour laquelle elle se porte candidate. Pour produire les renseignements énumérés ci-dessus, les candidats ont la possibilité d'utiliser les formulaires DC1 (« Lettre de candidature - Habilitation du mandataire par ses cotraitants ») et DC2 (« Déclaration du candidat individuel ou du membre du groupement ») ou le DUME. Tous les documents devront être datés et signés en original par une personne habilitée à engager le candidat.
