It Infogue Services and Accessories for the Benefit of Sitreva The subject of this framework agreement is the realization of computer infoguency services for the benefit of Sitreva. IT infogue (on site or by external supervision) allows Sitreva to entrust all or part of the management of its system of information to a specialized external service provider. Sitreva's objective being the implementation of co -management with the holder. The services are preventive and curative and include: -The maintenance in operational conditions (technique and assistance) of the infrastructure, in particular by setting up visits to sites, as well as assistance to the various users via an application support ,-Advice in terms of equipment, infrastructure, optimization, developments and security, -A continuous support in the evolution of the Sitreva information system, -The microsoft license management (Office, Outlook , Windows),-Management of business applications, incidents ...
