Waste Collection Optimization Study and Development of Collection Circuits The purpose of the study is to optimize waste collections and the development of collection circuits in the territory of the community of communes of the Grand Pic Saint-Loup (CCGPSL). It is made up of 36 municipalities of 51,640 inhabitants in semi-rural territory, with large differences (40 inhabitants for the smallest town and 10,670 inhabitants for the largest). It is a composite framework agreement awarded to a single economic operator: 1st overall and flat price, for part of the services (Studies phases) applying in accordance with the DPGF2-to-order, passed at unit prices without minimum with maximum 10,000.00 HT for another part of the services (additional collection monitoring, additional meeting, etc.).
