The subject of the commission in the form of a framework contract is the provision of bus transport services with buses in rail replacement transport (SEV services) as part of GeneralRenovation of the high-performance corridor Hamburg Berlin. The client (AG) of the framework agreement is DB Netz AG. All railway companies (EVU) whose services (local passenger transport) are affected by the general renovation are entitled to provide the services under the conditions ofs framework contract from the contractor (contractor). These are the following companies: DB Regio AG, erixx GmbH, S-Bahn Hamburg GmbH, ODEG Ostdeutsche Eisenbahn GmbH. The individual order then does not come between the contractor (contractor) and the client, but between the contractor and the aauthorized RU (person authorized to call).
