The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among potential pool of responsible contractors. NAICS: 23611 Residential Building Construction 3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Germany, Baumholder 4. ANTICIPATED PROJECT TITLE: CTC FY19-20 Family Housing Improvements 5. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: USACE NAU anticipates soliciting and awarding a stand-alone contract for the construction of rightsizing 66 Army Family Housing units across five buildings using design-build procedures. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The construction completion period is anticipated to be 1,325 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition will be solicited for full and open competition (unrestricted). Small and Small Disadvantaged Business requirements are waived for this project due to its location Outside of the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). 6. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project involves revitalizing 66 Army Family Housing units across five buildings by reconfiguring and renovating inadequate apartments.
