Im Osten grenzt die Neckarschule an Wohnhäuser sowie kleinere Gewerbeeinheiten. Das Hauptgebäude der Schule wird größtenteils als Unterrichtsgebäude genutzt. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um bestehende und genehmigte bauliche Anlage bei denen davon ausgegangen wird, dass diese entsprechend der zur Zeit der Erstellung geltenden Rechtslage in Betrieb genommen wurden. Eine diesbezügliche Überprüfung hat nicht stattgefunden. Darüber hinaus befindet sich auf dem Gelände der Neckarschule noch eine Sporthalle, welche in dieser tragwerksplanerischen Bewertung nicht betrachtet wird. Lage: Alphornstraße 4, 68169 Mannheim Die der Kalkulation der Tragwerksplanung zu Grunde liegenden anrechenbaren Kosten der Neckarschule betragen 56.850,-€ II.1a Anlass und Zweck Titel 1 Standort - Neckar Schule Bei der regelmäßigen Begehung der Schule im Rahmen der Brandverhütungsschau wurde bemängelt, dass das Gebäude nicht betriebssicher und mit wesentlichen brandschutztechnischen Mängeln behaftet ist. Der erste und der zweite Flucht -und Rettungsweg sind nicht oder nur über das Rettungsgerät der Feuerwehr vorhanden. Daraus ergeben sich folgende Schwerpunkte in der Bearbeitung: Hierzu ist folgendes geplant: +Abtrennung der im Bestand befindlichen notwendigen Treppenräume zur Herstellung notwendiger Flure und zweiter Flucht- und Rettungswege. +Versetzen der Türen der Klassenräume "07 Klasse" und "10 Mehrzweckraum" zur Anbindung der Räume an den neu geplanten notwendigen Flur zur Ausbildung von zwei voneinander unabhängigen Flucht- und Rettungswegen. +Herstellung von zweitem Flucht- und Rettungswegen durch Errichtung einer Außentreppe am östlichen Schulgebäude +Herstellung eines zweiten Flucht- und Rettungswegs durch Herstellung eines Bypasses über den Speicher im 2. Obergeschoss +++ II.1b Leistungsumfang Titel 1 Standort - Neckar Schule Ausgeschrieben werden Leistungen für Tagwerksplanung für die Errichtung der Stahlaußentreppe an der o.a. Neckarschule in Mannheim. Die Maßnahme erfolgt auf Basis der Planungen des Architekten. Es ist vorgesehen, die LPH 1 bis einschließlich LPH 6 zu vergeben.
