Digital residence practices (DRP) are equipped in two nursing homes. There, a specially trained, academized nursing staff with expanded competencies (medicine) patient: on the one hand, provide healing and on the other hand organizing, coordinating and supporting telemedical patient care. For this purpose, various technical (digital) diagnostic devices are integrated into software in order to be able to exchange clinical parameters that are charged in the DRP between the nurses and doctors: inside. Furthermore, a consultation between the nursing staff (possibly in the presence of the patient: in) and the doctor should be made possible by an integrated video conference solution.
