Ziel des Projektes ist eine Verbesserung für den Reisenden im gesamten Bahnknoten Ulm. Folgende Leistungen sind in de gegenständlichen Vergabe erfasst: Energieversorgung: Zum wesentlichen Bestandteil der elektrischen Leistungen zählen die Erneuerung der NSHV. Diese soll im UG 1,im Nebenraum der bisherigen NSHV, neu errichtet und an den bestehenden Trafo angebunden werden. Es werden hier sämtlichen neuen UVs als auch die weiter im Bestand befindlichen Anlagen angeschlossen. Im Anschluss wird die Bestands NSHV rückgebaut und der Raum für die neue Zähleranlage genutzt. In den jeweiligen Etagen werden Unterverteilungen zur Versorgung der Allgemeinanlagen (Beleuchtung, Hebeanlagen etc.) installiert. Die Mietbereiche erhalten Mieterübergabekästen (MÜK) in welchen der elektrische Anschluss übergeben wird. Beleuchtungsanlagen: Die Beleuchtungsanlagen der allgemeinen Flächen inkl. der Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen werden erneuert. Die Beleuchtungssteuerung soll in wesentlichen Teilen über die Gebäudeautomation erfolgen und ist nicht Gegenstand der Ausschreibung. Verkabelung: Neben den eigenen Kabeln und Leitungen des Gewerkes Starkstrom sind für Fremdgewerke Leitungen und Kabel zu liefern und zu montieren. Diese sind gesondert im Leistungsverzeichnis aufgeführt. Blitzschutz-, Erdungs-, und Potentialausgleichsanlage: Im Bereich des Empfangsgebäudes werden die Anlagen, so weit möglich, neu hergestellt. Die Erdung / Potentialausgleich im Bereich der Bodenplatte wird im Vorfeld durch den AN Rohbau erstellt und an den AN Starkstrom übergeben. Im Bereich Bundespolizei / Expresshalle wird die Anlage entsprechend überarbeitet und instandgesetzt. Planung: Dem AN wird eine Entwurfsplanung (LP3) zur Prüfung und Validierung übergeben. Im Wesentlich sind die dort beschriebenen Leistungen Inhalt dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses. Durch den AN ist auf Basis dieser Entwurfsplanung eine Ausführungsplanung (LP5) sowie eine Werk-/Montageplanung (LP8) zu erstellen. Die Erstellung der LP5 ist durch ein DB Präqualifiziertes Ingenieurbüro zu erstellen und gemäß Planlaufmanagement zur Freigabe einzureichen. Elemente der Baustelleneinrichtung und der übergeordneten Baustellenorganisation werden über die gesamte Bauzeit von einem übergeordneten Auftragnehmer gestellt, so dass hier nur die auftragsspezifischen Anteile anzubieten sind. Besondere Beachtung finden die einzelnen Bauphasenpläne. Es wird dringend empfohlen, vor Angebotsabgabe die Örtlichkeiten genau zu besichtigen.

The existing low voltage distribution board will then be dismantled and the space used for the new meter system.
