Auszuführende Leistungen: Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage. Die Albert-Schweitzer-Schule besteht aus mehreren Gebäudekomplexen. Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtung wird zurzeit über fünf Gruppenbatterieanlagen versorgt, deren Zentralen in den jeweiligen Gebäudeteilen bzw. Brandabschnitten untergebracht sind. Die Überwachung erfolgt zentral über einen Controller. Der Ersatzneubau stellt einen eigenen neuen Brandabschnitt dar, der wiederum mit einer Unterzentrale nebst Leuchten gemäß Bestand an das System angebunden wird. Brandmeldeanlage. Die Gebäude der Liegenschaft der Albert-Schweitzer-Schule werden über eine Brandmeldeanlage überwacht. Das Hauptgebäude, die Sporthalle und der sogenannte Westflügel (hier auch Baubereich) sind an eine "Integral EvoxX CF von Hekatron angeschlossen. Die Zentralen befinden sich in den v g. Gebäuden. Gemäß Brandschutzkonzept ist es vorgesehen, die Bestandsanlage auf den Neubau gegenständlich zu erweitern. Elektroakustische Anlage. Die Zentrale der vorhandenen elektroakustischen Anlage, bestehend aus Notstromversorgung und Verstärker sowie die Sprechstelle befinden sich im Hauptgebäude des Schulkomplexes. Die Zentrale im Kopierraum und die Sprechstelle im Sekretariat. Dier Anlage ist auf Grund des Alterungsgrades und der vorhandenen Aufstellbedingungen nicht mehr erweiterungsfähig. Es ist vorgesehen, für den Neubau eine eigenständige Anlage zu errichten und diese auf die Bestandsanlage aufzuschalten.
