Damit zusammenhängend wird das vorhandene Treppenhaus des 2. Bauabschnitts bis in das 2.Obergeschoss erweitert. Der Neubau wird auf dem Erweiterungsgrundstück der FTZ, das nordwestlich des Bestandsgrundstückes liegt, errichtet. Ausgeschrieben wird die Montage der Metallfassade aus beplankten, legierten Alu- Fassadenelementen. Das Leistungsverzeichnis wurde vom Auftraggeber erstellt und wird inhaltlich vom selbigen bindend.
