Das Angebot zielt vorrangig darauf ab, erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte mit physischen und psychischen Gesundheitsbeeinträchtigungen, mittels gezielten Hilfeleistungen und individuellen Aktivierungsstrategien an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt heranzuführen. Hierbei erfolgt die Feststellung, Verringerung und Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf arbeitsmarktrelevante gesundheitliche Beeinträchtigungen. Der langfristige Aktivierungs- und Stabilisierungsansatz soll die Vermittlung in Ausbildung oder ein versicherungspflichtiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis ermöglichen.
