| Overview | Passenger Transport by Bus According to the Pbefg; Mvv Regional Bus Routes 923 and 928 Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus lines 923 and 928 The Starnberg district as the responsible authority, represented by Muenchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to take over the transport services of the MVV regional businien 923 and 928 to be put out to tender Europe-wide with effect from December 14th, 2025 to December 13th, 2031 in the open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370 2007)). - Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 923: GP Inning Woerthsee - Steinebach (S)- Wessling (S) - ESPE 3M - Steinebach (S) and back, - Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 928: Andechs - Seefeld-Hechendorf (S) - Steinebach (S) - Walchstadt, - Regular service on the MVV- Regional bus line 928V: Breitbrunn - Bachern Walchstadt - Gilching, high school - Seefeld-Hechendorf (S) - Walchstadt. The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. Reference is made to Article 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370 2007. Quantity and value of the service: - approx. 582,588 Nwkm a - 4 new vehiclesge 9 m low-floor or LowEntry - 7 used vehicles 12 m low-floor, low-floor intercity, LowEntry or LowEntry intercity - approx. 46 stops - estimated value without VAT: range from 12,324,000 to 14,496,000 EUR.
