Lot: LOT-0001 Title: MHH - K20 - Sanierung ZMK - Gewerk: Druckluft Description: Das Gebäude K20 der Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferklinik (ZMK) der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover (MHH) wurde in den 1970er Jahren errichtet. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen sechsgeschossigen Baukörper mit zusätzlichem Dachgeschoss für die Technikzentrale. Die Regelgeschosse, die von der Baumaßnahme betroffen sind, werden von unten startend mit U0 und S0 bezeichnet. Aufgrund einer neuen zahnärztlichen Approbationsordnung (ZAppro), die am 1.Oktober 2020 in Kraft getreten ist, sind deutlich mehr Phantomkursplätze für die zahnmedizinische Lehre erforderlich. Diesem erhöhten Bedarf soll mit der Sanierung des bestehenden Kurssaals sowie der Schaffung eines neuen Kurssaals Rechnung getragen werden. Der Bereich um den bestehenden Phantomkurssaal S0.1030 im südlichen Teil des Gebäudes wird grundlegend saniert. Neben dem Austausch von Abhangdecke und Bodenbelag werden die Phantomplätze und weiteres medizinisches Gerät sowie Möblierung erneuert. In Teilbereichen werden Wände abgebrochen und neue Leichtbauwände aufgestellt. Dadurch werden neue Räumlichkeiten geschaffen. Aus dem bisherigen Großlabor S0.2070 und angrenzenden Räumlichkeiten im nördlichen Teil des Gebäudes wird der neue Phantomkurssaal mit Nebenräumen geschaffen. Auch hier werden wie im bestehenden Saal Abhangdecke und Bodenbelag ausgetauscht, medizinisches Gerät und weitere Möblierung erneuert. Die Raumstruktur wird durch den Abbruch und Neubau von Wänden etwas kleinteiliger hergerichtet. Besondere Anforderungen an einzelne Räume wie z.B. Schallschutz, Sichtbezüge durch Innenfenster und Wahrung von Privatsphäre durch elektrisch schaltbare Fenster werden berücksichtigt. In beiden Phantomkurssälen wird die Haustechnik und die Elektrik erneuert und an die neuen Anforderungen angepasst. Dafür sind überwiegend Arbeiten im Kellerdeckenbereich erforderlich. Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme findet keine bauliche Erweiterung des Bestandsgebäudes statt. Die vorhandene Raumstruktur wird im Wesentlichen beibehalten.
