Additional information Das gemäß der Bekanntmachung mit der Nummer 2022/S 206-589307 vom 25.10.2022 eingerichtete und betriebene Qualifizierungssystem wird mit der Veröffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung beendet. Qualifizierungen, die auf Grundlage des mit der Bekanntmachung Nr. 2022/S 206-589307 eingerichteten und betriebenen Systems erteilt wurden, sind entsprechend den Anforderungen der unter II. 2.4) genannten Verzeichnisse mit Gültigkeit ab 01.01.2023 bzw. für das Verzeichnis IH ab 01.04.2023 angepasst worden. Aus dem mit dieser Bekanntmachung eingerichteten und betriebenen Qualifizierungssystem ergeben sich im Verfahren zusätzliche Nachweise und Anforderungen. Review procedure Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist unzulässig, soweit mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sind (§ 160 Abs. 3, Satz 1, Nr. 4 GWB).Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist zudem unzulässig, soweit der Antrag erst nach Zuschlagserteilung zugestellt wird (§ 168 GWB).
