Der entsprechende Jahresumsatz muss jeweils mindestens 450.000 Euro betragen. Die Unterschreitung dieser Mindestanforderung führt zur Nichtberücksichtigung des Angebotes. - Eigenerklärung über die durchschnittliche jährliche Anzahl der beim Bieter in den letzten drei Jahren (gerechnet ab dem Zeitpunkt der Bekanntmachung) beschäftigten Arbeitskräfte, gegliedert nach Berufsgruppen (Punkt 3.7 des Angebotsvordrucks). Es müssen jahresdurchschnittlich mindestens fünf Postfachkräfte, zwei Zusteller oder Sortierer, ein Kraftfahrer sowie ein Gruppenleiter oder Vorarbeiter beschäftigt worden sein. Die Unterschreitung dieser Mindestanforderung führt zur Nichtberücksichtigung des Angebotes. - Eigenerklärung über den Einsatz eines Unterauftragnehmers (Punkt 4 des Angebotsvordrucks). Unterlagen, die auf Verlangen der Vergabestelle vor Zuschlagserteilung vorzulegen sind: - Betriebshaftpflichtversicherungsnachweis (Deckungssumme mindestens 1.000.000 Euro für Personen- und Sachschäden). Aus ihr muss sich in relativen wie absoluten Zahlen ergeben, wie sich die jeweiligen Stundenverrechnungssätze für die einzelnen Lohngruppen im Einzelnen aus Grundlohn, Lohnzusatzkosten (Lohnnebenkosten und lohngebundene Kosten) und auftragsbezogenen Kosten zusammensetzen. Es ist das den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügte Kalkulationsschemata zu verwenden. Die Unterschreitung dieser Mindestanforderung führt zur Nichtberücksichtigung des Angebotes. - Eigenerklärung über Anzahl und Art der Fahrzeuge im Fuhrpark (Punkt 3.9 des Angebotsvordrucks). Es müssen sich mindestens zwei Batterieelektrofahrzeuge im Sinne von § 2 Nummer 2 des Elektromobilitätsgesetzes (in der Größe Mercedes Benz Sprinter oder vergleichbar) im Fahrzeugbestand des Bieters befinden. Dies ist bei Angebotsabgabe durch Vorlage entsprechender Kauf-/Leasingverträge, Zertifikate oder anderer geeigneter Nachweise zu belegen. Die Unterschreitung dieser Mindestanforderung führt zur Nichtberücksichtigung des Angebotes. - Aktuelles CO2 Zertifikat (klimaneutraler Transport) der DEHSt (Deutsche Emissionshandelsstelle) im Umweltbundesamt oder gleichwertig zum Nachweis der Einhaltung des Klimaschutzes im Rahmen des CO2-Emissionshandels über CO2-Ausgleich (Punkt 3.8 des Angebotsvordrucks). Die Nichterfüllung dieser Mindestanforderung führt zur Nichtberücksichtigung des Angebotes. - Vorlage eines ausgearbeiteten Personalmanagementkonzeptes, aus dem der geplante Personaleinsatz für die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung ersichtlich wird (Punkt 3.8 des Angebotsvordrucks).
