Lot: LOT-0001 Title: Maßnahme „Lernen, Erproben, Orientieren" (LEO) Description: Mit dem Maßnahmenangebot „Lernen, Erproben, Orientieren“ (LEO) möchte das Jobcenter Lippe – Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts - sein Spektrum im Bereich der Aktivierungs- und Eingliederungsangebote um ein praktisch ausgerichtetes und arbeitsmarktnahes Angebot erweitern. LEO steht für ein Angebot der beruflichen Orientierung und Aktivierung. Es soll den Teilnehmenden in verschiedenen beruflichen Gewerken die Möglichkeit bieten, unterhalb des Ausbildungsniveaus berufliche Grundlagenkenntnisse zu erlangen und betriebliche Praktika abzulegen, um dadurch eine berufliche Orientierung oder Eignungsüberprüfung zu erreichen. Eine Kombination von verschiedenen Berufsfeldern ist ebenfalls möglich. Ziele dieses Lehrgangs sind: - die Abklärung von beruflichen Fähigkeiten/Fertigkeiten und Neigungen – insbesondere auch im Vorfeld von Maßnahmen der beruflichen Weiterbildung (Umschulungen/Teilqualifikationen) sowie von geförderten Beschäftigungsverhältnissen des sogenannten Sozialen Arbeitsmarktes nach § 16i SGB II und § 16e SGB II - die Vermittlung notwendiger berufsbezogener Kenntnisse - die Integration in versicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung - die Erzielung von Integrationsfortschritten im Hinblick auf die berufliche Wiedereingliederung. Es ist darüber hinaus angedacht, „LEO“ gemeinsam mit dem Auftragnehmer kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, um somit auf sich verändernde Rahmenbedingungen am regionalen Arbeitsmarkt flexibel und zeitnah reagieren zu können.
