The earliest possible start of the contract iis April 1st, 2024, all contracts end on March 31st, 2026. A contract can be concluded at any time during this term, but no later than February 5, 2026. The contracts can be terminated with one month's notice to the end of the month. When a federal or state-specific regulation comes into forceIf a discount agreement for medicines with the active ingredient in question is concluded in the open procedure, the open-house agreements automatically expire for the corresponding term.
