Lot: LOT-0001 Title: Neubau Grundschule am Sportzentrum Haselünne: Photovoltaikanlage Description: Das Projekt Neubau einer Grundschule in Haselünne umfasst den Neubau einer Grundschule mit 10 Klassenräumen sowie Differenzierung- und Multifunktionsräumen. Hinzu kommt eine Mensa mit Ausgabeküche. Der Entwurf der Schule sieht ein L-förmiges Gebäude vor, das in Massivbauweise (2-schalig) hergestellt wird. Die Gründung ist als Flachgründung mit Innenfundamenten statisch dimensioniert. Die Räumlichkeiten verteilen sich über 2 Geschosse, wodurch der Neubau eine Gesamthöhe von ca. 8,50 m aufweisen wird. Als Dachform wird ein Flachdach ausgeführt, welches für den Lichteinfall zusätzliche Oberlichter erhält. Die Fassade erhält einen Klinker und wird im überdachten Bereich zum Schulhof mit einer HPL-Fassade versehen. Die Auskragung zum Schulhof wird über Stützen abgefangen. Die Ausführung der Fenster soll in 3-fach-Verglasung und Leichtmetall erfolgen und ausgewählte Fenster werden zudem mit Faschen aus Putz umrandet. Das Gebäude wird über eine Sole-Wärmepumpe beheizt und erhält eine Lüftungsanlage, die auf dem Dach platziert wird. Zusätzlich wird auf dem Dach PV montiert. Während der gesamten Bauzeit wird der Schulbetrieb im Bestandsgebäude weiter fortgeführt. Nach Fertigstellung des Neubaus ist es geplant den Bestand abzubrechen. Internal identifier: P677-10 5.1.1.
