Ehemals als Grundschule genutzt soll der Schulkomplex nach dem Um- und Erweiterungsbau den aktuellen Anforderungen an eine zweizügige Oberschule entsprechen. Der Gebäudekomplex schließt direkt an die gerade fertiggestellte neue Sporthalle an. Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind die Gerüstarbeiten für die Errichtung eines Neubaus, bestehend aus 4 Gebäudeteilen, für die Sanierung der zwei Bestandsschulgebäude sowie für die Errichtung eines neuen Verbinderbaus zwischen den beiden Bestandsgebäuden.
