Railroad Vehicle inspection and training USAG Bavaria Description 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the procurement of services for Railroad Vehicle Inspections and Training within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Grafenwoehr and Vilseck. A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website. System for Award Management (SAM) Registration is required in order for an offeror to receive a Government contract, as such, interested offerors are highly encouraged to register.
