Die Werkstattgebäude sind in Teilflächen eingeschossig und in Teilflächen dreigeschossig. Die Gebäude werden in Hanglage eingebaut. Die Baugrube ist bereits ausgehoben und Verbauarbeiten ausgeführt. Stützen sind in Ortbeton vorgesehen, Wände in Ortbeton, im Fassadenbereich sind teils Brüstungen aus Halbfertigteilen zwischen Stützen über einzelne Betonierabschnitte vorgesehen. Bei dem Schulgebäude werden in Teilbereichen vorgehängte Stahlbeton-Fertigteil-Fassadenelemente und Blechelemente als Verkleidung aufgebracht. Die Bodenplatten des Schulbereiches und der Werkstattgebäude sind derzeit fertiggestellt. Ein ebenfalls auf dem Baugrund vorgesehenes und in der Ausführung teils gleichzeitig stattfindendes Logistikgebäude wurde bereits im Rohbau fertiggestellt.
