The Biakoye District Assembly has received part of its project funds under District Assembly Common Fund/Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for the listed project. 2. Tenders which do not offer all the items under each package shall be rejected as incomplete. 3. This IFT follows Notices/Bulletins for this project that appeared in local newspapers and Public Procurement Authority (PPA) website www.ppaghana.org, all dated 16th September, 2024. 4. The Biakoye District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors/Suppliers for the construction/Supplies as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana. 5.
