The Gomoa East District Assembly, intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations to fund eligible payments for the contracts below. Any payments made under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the contract. 2. The Gomoa East District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers/ Contractors for the above Projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana. 3.
