The Krowor Municipal Assembly has received funds from the District Assembly’s Common Fund and Responsible Factor Grant ( DACF/ RFG ) and intends to use part of this fund for the provision of basic infrastructure in the municipality. 2 .The assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the above works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 ( Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana. 3.
