Ashaiman Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its funds received under the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) to fund eligible payments under contracts for the procurement of Works within the municipality. 2. The Assembly now invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors to undertake the named project within the municipality. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Amendment Act 2016 (Act 914) in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4.
