Tenders will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents: • Valid Business Registration Certificate (With Renewal Receipt) • Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate • Bid Security of 2% of the total tender price • Valid PPA Suppliers Registration Certificate 4. Interested Tenderers may purchase Tender Documents from Friday, 31st October, 2024 at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȼ 300.00) only. 5. All Tenders must be deposited in the Tender box at the Address below on or before Tuesday, 19th November 2024.
