The contractor should: a) to have implemented or is implementing 2 contracts with the object of supporting the implementation of projects and/or studies related to archaeological work, one of which with a budget at least equal to 50% of the present budget. b) to have implemented or is implementing 1 contract which concerns the coordination of project work that includes the restoration and highlighting of antiquities, with a budget ≥50% of the present budget. c) to have implemented at least 2 contracts for the provision of consulting services in projects financed by the Recovery Fund. B. The contractor who will undertake the service in question should set up a project team for the proper execution of the work. The provision of the services and deliverables provided to the Contracting Authority is done by the contractor who undertakes the work, who is responsible to the Contracting Authority for the accuracy of the support, the adherence to the schedule and the generally good and correct execution of the work.Finally, it is noted that at least 70% of the required members of the Project Team should be full-time and exclusive employees of the economic entity or (in the case of an association of economic entities) of the members of the association. Full-time and full-time employees are defined as employees, as well as board members, managers and those who legally represent the economic entity. The project team should consist of at least: Project Manager: 1 Graduated Engineer, holder of a Master's degree and certification in project management, with general experience of at least 15 years and specific experience in the management and coordination of project contracts and/or studies related to archaeological work which can be demonstrated by participation in at least 3 projects as a manager/coordinator, as well as in renovation projects. Quality Assurance Manager: 1 Certified Engineer, holder of a Master's degree, with at least 10 years of experience in technical support consultant projects, as well as in Quality Management Systems Development and/or Management Proficiency Confirmation projects of Public Bodies. In addition, he should have participated in at least 3 projects as a project quality manager. Project Team Members: a) 1 Certified Architectural Engineer, holder of a Master's degree related to the Restoration of Monuments, with general experience of at least ten (10) years and specific experience in projects and/or studies related to archaeological work. b) 1 Certified Architectural Engineer, holder of a Master's degree related to the Protection of Monuments, with general experience of at least 10 years and specific experience in projects and/or studies related to archaeological work. c) 1 Graduated Civil Engineer, holder of a Master's degree related to the Management of Construction Projects, with general experience of at least 10 and specific experience in architectural and static studies. d) 1 holder of a title of Conservator of Antiquities & Works of Art, registered in the Register of Conservators of Antiquities & Works of Art, with at least 10 years of experience in antiquities conservation projects. e) 1 holder of a university degree in Geology, with general experience of at least 10 years and special experience as a technical consultant in project supervision and writing studies related to archaeological projects and fixing slopes in archaeological sites and caves. f) 1 holder of a university degree in Geology, with general experience of at least 5 years and specific experience in construction and/or supervision of technical works and in projects and/or studies related to archaeological work. g) 1 Graduated Engineer, holder of a Master's degree in the field of Architecture, with general experience of at least 5 years and specific experience in projects supporting tender procedures and checking the completeness of tender documents, as well as in the management, coordination and implementation of co-financed projects, including publicity actions and dissemination of results. h) 1 holder of a university degree in Law, holder of a Master's degree, with general experience of at least 5 years and special experience in legal control of tender documents and legal procedures of contracts in Public Bodies. i) 1 holder of a university degree in economics, holder of a Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience as an implementation manager and/or coordinator of activities to promote, promote and disseminate the results of co-financed projects and programs in advisory support projects of public sector entities, as well as in advisory support projects for public and private sector entities in marketing and publicity activities.
