Ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 73. § (4) bekezdésére tekintettel előírja, hogy az ajánlattevők tájékozódjanak a környezetvédelmi, szociális és munkajogi követelményekről, amelyeket a jogszabályok vagy kötelezően alkalmazandó́ kollektív szerződés, illetve a Kbt. 4. mellékletében felsorolt környezetvédelmi, szociális és munkajogi rendelkezések írnak elő. Az ajánlatkérő a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban tájékoztatásként közli azoknak a szervezeteknek a nevét, amelyektől az ajánlattevő tájékoztatást kaphat a Kbt. 73. § (4) bekezdés szerinti azon követelményekről, amelyeknek a teljesítés során meg kell felelni. Az idegenhonos feketefenyő eltávolítását nagy körültekintéssel kell végezni, amelyet a Duna-Ipoly Nemzeti Park természetvédelmi őre napi rendszerességgel ellenőriz, amennyiben munkatevékenység több helyen zajlik egyszerre, egymástól távol, akkor a természetvédelmi kezelő napi ellenőrzési feladata fizikailag ellehetetlenül, vagy a vállalkozó kiszámítható munkaszervezése nem megoldható. 15. Fogatos lovas faanyagtermelés oktatási célú bemutatása (2 hét rendelkezésre állás) Erdészeti közelítő csúszda alkalmazásának bemutatása (2 hét rendelkezésre állás) Beszerzés alapvető adatai Tevekénység leírása: Telepített feketefenyő egyedek eltávolítása fokozottan védett növényfajok élőhelyének regenerálódásának érdekében. A feladat alapvetően vastagabb fák (kb.: d1,3>7 cm) kitermelésével, a faanyag helyben elhelyezésével vagy a területről való elszállításával jellemezhető. A kitermelendő fa összmennyisége kb.: 1200 m3, az egyes területekről eltávolítandó fatömeg hektáronkénti koncentrációja 3-100 m3/ha tartományba változik. A teljesítményt a kitermelt fák fatömegének mérése jelenti. Kisebb részben vékonyabb (kb.: d1,3<7 cm) faegyedek tőtől való elválasztását és helyben elhelyezését kell elvégezni, itt a munkával érintett terület az elszámolás alapja. Helyszín: A tevékenység elvégzését változó helyszínen A Pilisi Parkerdő Zrt. által vagyonkezelt területen Nagykovácsi, Páty, Pilisszentiván, Piliscsaba és Budaörs községhatárokban erdő művelési ágú területen tervezzük. A munkaterület változó meredekségű lejtés 5o-35o tartományban található. A munkaterület országos védettségi státuszban van és az EU által kijelölt Natura 2000 hálózat része, ezeken túl egy része fokozottan védett kategóriájú. Az terület alapegysége az erdőrészlet, melyek nagysága 0,33 és 25 ha között változik. A feladattal érintendő összterület mintegy 70 ha. Az erdőrészletekben kizárólag vegetációs időn kívül és a természetvédelemi kezelő Duna-Ipoly Nemzeti Park (DINPI) szakmai útmutatása lapján lehet dolgozni, kedvezőtlen időjárás esetén a gépi munka korlátozásra kerülhet. A helyszínek általában közforgalom elől elzárt magánúton közelíthetők meg, amelyek használatához engedély szükséges. Alkalmazandó technológiák: A fakitermelést többnyire kézi munkával szükséges elvégezni, de helyenként más természetkímélő közelítő eszközök, technológiák is alkalmazhatók. A szolgáltatás finanszírozása az Európai Unió által kiírt LIFE projekt keretben történik ezért a munka során szükséges ún. „jó gyakorlatok” bemutatása, a pályázónak vállalni kell, bemutató jelleggel csúszdás és fogatos faközelítést alkalmazó technológia használatát.
