Augmentation with 10-Year OM of Water Supply Scheme for Golaghat Town in Assam (Q1 2025) Tenders are invited for Augmentation with 10-Year OM of Water Supply Scheme for Golaghat Town in Assam (Q1 2025). The project will provide sustainable urban infrastructure and service delivery improvement such as water supply and stormwater drainage and provide support for urban reforms across urban centers of Assam. The project will be aligned with the following impact: urban livability of target towns improved with better service delivery and climate and disaster resilience. The expected outcome of the project is enabling framework established for integrated urban development in Assam and sustainability of inclusive and climate-resilient urban services in project areas improved. This will be achieved through three outputs: (i) climate-resilient water supply system in the six-district headquarters in the northeast economic corridor developed, (ii) climate-resilient water stormwater drainage system developed in Guwahati, and (iii) urban reforms advanced and institutional capacities strengthened for improved urban planning and service delivery. The project is estimated to cost $156.3 million with ADB-s loan financing of $125.0 million. Brief Description of Goods and Related Services, Works or Consulting Services to be Procured: All advance contracting and retroactive financing will be undertaken in conformity with ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time), and Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time) using ADB Standard Bidding Documents. While advance contracting is part of the normal procedure, approval of advance contracting and retroactive financing does not commit ADB to approve the project or to finance the project costs. If retroactive financing will not be approved for the project, contracts procured under advance action will be signed after the loan effectiveness.
