Introduction SCOPE OF TENDER To develop a framework that includes the following components: Study existing coordination mechanisms at the national and sub-national levels, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and gaps Develop Multi-sectoral coordination mechanisms involving state governments, municipal corporations and civil societies to address air pollution in Gurgaon and Amritsar. Operational plans tailored for Amritsar and Gurgaon cities to tackle specific sources of air pollution, ensuring comprehensive implementation across various sectors. Launch Event for the multi-sectoral plan report and execution of the Capacity Building Plan for stakeholders involved in the implementation and monitoring of the plans.
