Starting Price-179.676 Lakh Min Increment Price-1 Lakh Pre-Bid EMD Price-4 Lakh Note : (i) Security amount:- 10% of Bid Price will be made to NTPC through the advance voucher issued to buyer within 07 days of issue of acceptance letter to buyer by MSTC If, payment of Security amount is not received by NTPC within 07 days of issue of acceptance letter to buyer by MSTC, the security deposit amount is liable to be forfeited by NTPC. (ii)100% amount of Bid Price will be deposited by the buyer to NTPC within 15 days from issue of Sale Order by MSTC in a single instalment. This amount is free of interest with NTPC.
