This qualification system is to facilitate the delivery of strategic, concept, scoping & feasibility studies, masterplans, option appraisals, preparation of business cases and peer reviews/independent reviews of the work of others on various projects located across the ié network. Only those applicants who meet the requirements for turnover and declaration of eligibility will have their applications accessed. Following this those applicants who meet or exceed the minimum criteria as listed in the pre-qualification questionnaire will be invited to joining the panel on the qualification system.
