Description of the procurement Il presente sistema di qualificazione riguarda l’affidamento di specifiche attività di servizio di revisione generale dei motori di trazione dei veicoli passeggeri in servizio sulla metropolitana di Brescia, secondo quanto previsto dai programmi di manutenzione programmata. Metro Brescia si riserva di affidare anche altre attività di manutenzione dei motori di trazione che saranno ritenute necessarie al fine di garantire la sicurezza della marcia dei veicoli passeggeri in servizio presso la metropolitana, e assicurarne l’affidabilità. Presso Metro Brescia sono presenti complessivamente 18 veicoli passeggeri facenti parte della piattaforma MLA Ansaldobreda, ciascuno equipaggiato con quattro carrelli, di cui tre motori e uno portante non motorizzato, e costituiti da tre casse, cassa A, cassa B e cassa C, permanentemente unite tra loro tramite un sistema di articolazione che ne permette i movimenti relativi. Su ogni carrello motorizzato sono installati no 2 motori elettrici di trazione tipo MTA A4-128 V del tipo asincrono trifase a gabbia, originariamente forniti dal costruttore del veicolo Ansaldobreda (ora Hitachi Rail SpA). Inoltre, nel deposito sono altresì presenti a scorta, no 3 carrelli motori e no 1 carrello portante e ulteriori 6 motori (a volano). I motori di trazione da revisionare sono un totale di 120. Gli interventi di manutenzione saranno da effettuarsi presso lo stabilimento/officina indicato dall’appaltatore in sede di offerta.
