L'avviso ha ad oggetto l'istituzione di un Sistema di Qualificazione Unico da cui selezionare operatori economici da invitare alle procedure per l’affidamento di Lavori. Inoltre il Sistema di qualificazione potrà essere utilizzato anche da altro Ente aggiudicatore. La disciplina del presente Sistema di qualificazione è contenuta nel Regolamento Unico Lavori – Edizione Giugno 2022, nell'allegato A al Regolamento, denominato “Gruppi merce Attivi e requisiti di qualificazione” e nell’Allegato B al Regolamento denominato “Modalità di attestazione dei requisiti lavori”. I criteri di aggiudicazione delle singole procedure indette sulla base del Sistema di Qualificazione, saranno indicati di volta in volta nei documenti di gara di riferimento. Si precisa che gli operatori economici già qualificati alla data di pubblicazione del presente avviso, per i gruppi merce indicati nell'allegato A al Regolamento, manterranno la qualificazione anche a seguito della pubblicazione del presente avviso.
