The Government anticipates award of one (1) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year, four (4) one-year options, and an option to extend services up to six months. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Far East (NAVFAC FE), Public Work Department (PWD) Misawa has a requirement for Custodial and Grounds Service in support of Naval Commands Misawa and FLCY Hachinohe, Japan. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), please see attachments for additional information on how to propose. CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:The clause DFARS 252.225-7042 applies to this acquisition. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan.
