引用文書この仕様書に引用する次の文書は、この仕様書に規定する範囲において、この仕様書の一部を成すものであり、入札書又は見積書提出時における最新版とする。なお、引用文書に定める内容がこの仕様書に定める内容と相違する場合は、法令等を除き本仕様書に定める内容が優先する。1.3.1 仕様書(1)研究開発支援システムの機器借上(05換装)1.3.2 役務の概要本役務は、艦艇装備研究所(久里浜地区)の既存の光ファイバケーブル撤去し、新たに光ファイバケーブル及びLANケーブルを敷設するとともにCS棟間接続スイッチを移設するものである。2.2 役務実施場所防衛装備庁艦艇装備研究所(久里浜地区)(神奈川県横須賀市長瀬3-13-1)(別図1のとおり)2.3 役務実施時期契約日から令和7年3月25日(火)までとする。なお、作業は、原則として、土曜日、日曜日、祝日を除く平日とし、0830~1700の間に実施するものとし、実施時期について官と事前に調整するものとする。20枚中の2枚2.4 役務の内容2.4.1 前提条件本作業にあたり、本役務に関わらない部分に関して悪影響を与えるようなことがあってはならない。また、本役務を実施するにあたり、1.2項に挙げるCS及び1.3.1項にあげる仕様書等について理解でき、必要な知識を有すること。また、直近3か年の間に類似商談の対応実績を有するものとする。また、CS機器移設に際し、CS事業側との調整支援ができること。2.4.2 作業計画書の作成契約相手方は、本役務の実施にあたり別図1~4を参考に契約後速やかに官と調整し、必要に応じて事前に現地調査を実施し、作業日程及び移設後の回線配置図を記載した作業計画書を作成する。2.4.3 CS棟間接続スイッチの移設1号館電算機室に設置されているCS棟間接続スイッチから光ケーブルを取り外し、CS棟間接続スイッチを50号館第1保全管理室へ移動させる。2.4.4 CS端末からファイル共有サーバへのアクセス機能が正常に作動すること。ウ CS端末から内部WEBへの接続機能が正常に動作すること。エ CS端末からの実行により、プリンタによる印刷が正常に動作すること。2.4.11 作業結果報告書の作成2.4.3から2.4.10項の作業について作業報告書を作成する。2.5 サプライチェーンリスクへの対応本役務の実施にあたり、契約の相手方(下請負者、再委託先等を含む。)は、4.2項に記載する部材について、情報の漏えい若しくは破壊又は障害等のリスク(未発見の意図せざる脆弱性を除く。)が潜在すると知り、又は知り得べきソースコード、プログラム、電子部品、機器等の埋込み又は組込みその他官の意図せざる変更を行わず、かつ、そのために必要な相応の管理を行うものとする。3 検査(1) 2.4.3~2.4.7項及び2.4.9項について目視確認により検査を実施する。(2) 2.4.11項について作業結果報告書により検査を実施する。4 その他の指示4.1 提出書類契約相手方は、表8に示す書類を官に提出するものとする。作業結果報告書には、作業時の写真及び産業廃棄物管理票(D票)写しを添付すること。表8 提出書類4.2
