落札決定にあたっては、入力された金額に当該金額の100分の10に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に0.01円未満の端数があるときは、その端数を切り捨てた金額)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税(以下「消費税等」という。)に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、それぞれの明細において見積もった契約希望単価の110分の100に相当する金額(当該金額は、0.01円単位までとすること)にそれぞれの予定数量を乗じたもの(以下「小計」という。)の合計金額(以下「総価」という。)を入力してください。落札決定は、この総価の比較によって行います。 契約の締結は、それぞれの小計を予定数量で割り戻した単価(当該金額に0.01円未満の端数があるときは、その端数を切り捨てた金額)に当該金額の100分の10に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に0.01円未満の端数があるときは、その端数を切り上げた金額)により、明細ごとに単価契約を行います。 消費税法等の改正等によって消費税等の率に変動が生じた場合は、特段の変更手続を行うことなく、消費税等相当額を加減したものを契約金額とします。ただし、国が定める経過措置等が適用され、消費税等相当額に変動が生じない場合には、当該経過措置等の取扱いに従うものとします。 本件入札については、開札後に最低価格入札者に対し入札参加資格の確認を行います。 開札の結果、最低価格入札者であった者に契約担当課から連絡しますので、必ず開札日の翌日から2024年10月29日(火)午後5時までに、入札参加資格があることを証する書類を契約担当課に提出してください。 なお、入札参加資格があることを証する書類の受付時間は、休日を除く日の午前9時から午後5時までです(ただし、正午から午後1時までを除く。)。 上記提出期限までに、入札参加資格があることを証する書類の提出がない場合は、入札参加資格がないものとし、その者の行った入札は無効とするとともに、その者について競争入札参加停止を行います。この場合、1.の最低価格入札者の次に最低の価格を示した者(以下「次順位者」という。)について資格確認を行い落札決定を行います。この資格確認は落札者を決定するまで繰り返し行います。 提出された書類により審査を行った結果、入札参加資格を満たしていないと認められた者が行った入札は無効とします。この場合、1.の次順位者について資格確認を行い落札決定を行います。この資格確認は落札者を決定するまで繰り返し行います。 入札保証金は免除します。 本件入札に参加しようとする者(個人、法人の代表者又は個人若しくは法人の代表者の委任を受けた者(以下「代表者等」という。))が、本件入札に参加しようとする他の代表者等と同一人であるときは、そのうち1者のみが本件入札に参加できるものとします。 本件入札において、代表者等と同一人である者の双方が入札したことが判明したときは、当該代表者等及び同一人である者のした入札は、京都市契約事務規則第6条の2第14号に基づきそれぞれ無効とするとともに、競争入札参加停止を行います。 本件入札により落札者を決定した場合において、契約を締結するまでの間に、落札者となった代表者等が、本件入札において入札した他の代表者等と同一人であったことが判明したときは、契約を締結せず、それぞれについて競争入札参加停止を行います。 落札決定日は、2024年11月05日とします。インターネットを利用して入札データを送信した入札参加者に対しては、落札結果を電子入札システムで確認するよう、電子メールを送信しますので、各自で確認してください。落札者が入札端末機を使用して入札データを送信していた場合には、2024年11月05日(火)午前10時以降に契約担当課担当者から落札者に電話連絡します。 落札者以外の入札参加者には、落札決定日の翌日から5日(日数の計算に当たっては、休日を除く。)以内に請求があった場合に限り、落札結果を口頭により通知します。 なお、落札結果は、原則として落札決定日の翌日午後1時から、契約担当課ウェブページ又は契約担当課室内での入札執行結果表の閲覧により、確認できるようにします。
