業務受注者の資格条件等(1) 本業務を受託しようとする者は、処分業の許可を京都市から受けていること。６ 業務要領(1) 本業務受注者は、収集運搬業者が塵芥等を積み込む前に排水機場(ポンプ場)等にて本市職員と共に立会い、塵芥等を確認すること。(2) 本業務受注者は、収集運搬業者が搬入する塵芥等を検定証または基準適合証のある計量器にて重量を計量し、その重量を証明する書類を発行すること。(3) 産業廃棄物の処分は、5の(1)の許可証に記載された施設において行わなければならない。(4) 本業務受注者が当該産業廃棄物中間処理後の残さの最終処分の処分業の許可を有していない場合は、最終処分を当該産業廃棄物の処分業の許可を有している者に委託しなければならない。７ 資格条件等の確認(1) 本業務受注者は、契約後直ちに、処分業の許可の許可証の写しを河川整備課に提出すること。(2) 本業務受注者は、当該産業廃棄物中間処理後の残さの最終処分を委託する場合は、委託先が有する最終処分の処分業の許可証の写し、並びに当該委託者に処分を委託していることが証明できる文書等(委託契約書の写し等)を河川整備課に提出すること。８ 立入検査本業務受注者が本仕様書の定めのとおり業務を行っていることを確認するため、本業務受注者敷地内及びその他必要な場所に本市職員が立ち入り、検査ができるものとし、本業務受注者は、これを拒むことができない。９ 報告・提出書類収集運搬業者が塵芥等の産業廃棄物を搬入するごとに、請求書、完了報告書及びその他指示するものを河川整備課に提出すること。提出書類の様式及び記入方法等については、河川整備課の指示があれば従うこと。また、当該産業廃棄物が適切に処分されていることを証明するため、産業廃棄物管理票(マニフェスト)を提出すること。１０
