物品の所有権は、第１項の検収に合格したときに乙から甲に移転するものとし、移転前に生じた損害及び検収のために必要な費用は、乙の負担とする。４ 第１項の規定による検収のために必要な費用及び前項の規定により所有権が移転する前に物品に生じた損害は、乙の負担とする。ただし、当該損害について、甲の責めに帰すべき事由によるものであるときは、当該損害は、甲の負担とする。第５
