留意事項1.廃棄物の処理に当たっては、受注者は、「廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律」、「ポリ塩化ビフェニル廃棄物の適正な処理の推進に関する特別措置法」その他関係法令及び「低濃度PCB廃棄物の処理に関するガイドライン-焼却処理編-」を遵守して実施するものとする。2.PCB廃棄物の収集及び運搬は本業務の対象外とする。3.廃棄物の搬入時期は令和7年1月末を予定しているが、収集運搬業者と調整の上、決定する。変更がある場合、監督職員と協議するものとする。4.第2章2に示す関連業務の施工を予定しており、監督職員及び関連する業務責任者と十分連絡、打合せを行い、作業工程に支障が生じないよう調整しなければならない。5.廃棄物の受け渡し荷姿は、処理施設(指定搬入場所)での車上渡しとするが、収集運搬業者と調整の上、決定する。変更がある場合、監督職員と協議するものとする。6.収集・運搬業者は、未定であるが、廃棄物については、「低濃度PCB廃棄物収集・運搬ガイドライン」及び関係法令を遵守し、収集・運搬されたものを処理するものとする。7.変圧器付属の温度計は水銀が含まれているため、処分の対象外とする。温度計においては変圧器から取り外し、発注者に受け渡すこと。第5章 マニフェスト1.発注者は、廃棄物の搬出の都度、7枚複写の伝票(A、B1、B2、C1、C2、D、E票)に必要事項を記載して収集運搬業者に交付するので、収集運搬業者から廃棄物を搬入する都度、必要事項を記載し、B1(収集運搬業者控え)票及びB2(運搬終了)票を収集運搬業者に送付するものとする。2.受注者は、廃棄物の処分を完了したときは、C1(中間処理業者保管)票を自らの控えとして保管し、処分終了後10日以内に、C2(処分終了)票を収集運搬業者に、D(処分終了)票を発注者にそれぞれ送付するものとする。3.受注者は、廃棄物の最終処分が終了した報告(2次マニフェストのE票)を受けた場合、最終処分が適正に終了したことを確認の上、発注者が交付したE票に最終処分を行った場所の所在地・名称、最終処分終了日を記入するとともに、2次マニフェストのE票受領から10日以内に、1次マニフェストのE票を発注者に送付するものとする。第6章 When the Contractor has completed the disposal of waste, the Contractor will keep slip C1 (intermediate treatment company storage) as its own copy, and within 10 days after disposal is completed, will send slip C2 (disposal completion) to the collection and transportation company and slip D (disposal completion) to the Client. 3.
