約93,000枚※ 予定数量は過去の実績又は推測によるものであり、本市の都合により増減する。 大幅な増減があっても本市が何ら保障するものではない。契約期間 令和6年12月 1日 ~ 令和11年11月30日契約条件1 設置場所及び設置台数⑴ 京都市京セラ美術館(京都市美術館)京都市左京区岡崎円勝寺町124⑵ 台数1台⑶ 奥行88㎝×横幅200㎝×高さ130㎝以内(手差しトレイ等を閉めた時)に収まる機種サイズとすること。⑷ 機器の搬入・設置調整等を行うこととする。2 機器の仕様等⑴ デジタル方式で解像度600dpi以上の256階調で文字/写真も高画質のコピーを安定して供給することができること。⑵ 使用電源は、1電源当たり100V・15A(最大3電源)までとし、最大消費電力は、フィニッシャーを含めて 2.0kwを超えないこと。⑶ 給紙は、前面給紙とし、機器本体内に完全に内蔵される4段以上のトレイ又はカセットにより行うものであること。⑷ 25%から400%の間で縮小拡大ができること。⑸ 複写サイズは最大A3から最小官製はがきサイズまでコピーができること。⑹ A4横でのコピースピードは 1 分間でモノクロ、カラーいずれも 70 枚以上、ファーストコピースピードはA4 横でモノクロ 4.1 片面原稿から両面コピー、両面原稿から両面コピーを作成する完全自動両面機能を有すること。⑽ 自動用紙選択、自動濃度調整、用紙指定変倍が使用可能なこと。⑾ 操作の手順が分かりやすく表示される液晶タッチパネルを装備していること。⑿ 用紙を一度に100枚以上給紙することができる手差しトレイを有すること。⒀ ページ付機能を有すること。⒁ 3系統の分離したネットワークからセキュリティーを確保しながら、それぞれのネットワークに接続された端末によるスキャナー及びプリント出力が可能なこと。プリント出力にはICカードによる認証を必要とし、異なる3系統のネットワークで 3 部署ごとに使用した枚数管理ができる装置を装備していること。⒂ スキャンデータの取込みについては、ブラウザからのダウンロード、又は TWAINドライバを使用する方法に対応していること(それ以外の方法(共有フォルダへの保存、FTPサーバへの保存等)での使用は不可)。⒃ スキャンデータが内蔵記録装置(ハードディスク等)に保存される機種の場合は、3つの部署別に保存され、他部署の職員が閲覧及びダウンロードできないようになっていること。⒄ スキャナーの読み取り解像度は、200dpi~600dpi の範囲で選択できること。その他、原稿サイズ、読み取り速度はコピー機能に準ずること。⒅ 内蔵記録装置(ハードディスク等)が搭載されている場合、データの暗号化及び自動消去の設定(保存期間は1日以下とする。)を行うこと。⒆ FAX及びメール送信機能を搭載していないこと。または、利用できないように制限されていること。⒇ 外部ネットワークと通信できないように制限されていること(リモート(インターネット接続等)による保守作業(ファームウェアのアップデート等)は不可)。(21) 有線、無線(Bluetooth、Wi-Fi 等)を問わず、イントラネットへの接続が許可されていない機器(USBメモリ、パソコン等)を接続できないように制限されていること。(22) フルカラー対応であること。(23) ネットワークプリンター機能を有すること。接続PCのプログラムや、バージョンについては適宜対応すること。(24) リサイクル商品ではなく、新造未使用品であること。(25) グリーン購入法・国際エネルギースタープログラム・エコマーク商品の基準に適合していること。3 料金の支払⑴ コピー料金は、1 箇月間(月の初日から末日までをいう。以下同じ。)のコピー枚数に契約単価を乗じて得た額とする。⑵ 3つの部署ごとにコピーカード等を用いてコピー枚数をカウントし、使用内訳を供給業者(以下「乙」という。)が毎月確認の上、各部署に料金を請求できること(部署及び請求先は京都市(以下「甲」という。)が別途指示する)。⑶ 設置機器の1箇月間のコピー枚数は、当該機器による1箇月間のコピーの総枚数から、乙の社員が当該機器の点検、整備のために使用したコピー枚数及び乙の責めに帰すべき原因により生じた不良コピーの枚数を減じた枚数とする。⑷ 乙は、コピー料金を、当該月の翌月10日までに、甲の指定する方法により、甲に請求しなければならない。甲は、請求があった日から 30 日以内に、コピー料金を支払う。⑸ ⑷において乙は毎月末日に甲の担当者の確認を受けてコピー枚数を算出する。4 機器の保守等⑴ 乙は、甲が設置機器を常時正常な状態で使用することができるように、社員を機器の設置場所に派遣して、設置機器の点検及び調整を行なわなければならない。また、乙は必要に応じて、消耗品(用紙・ステープラー針を除く。)の供給を行うとともに、甲の職員に、設置機器の適正な操作方法を指導しなければならない。⑵ 設置機器の故障等により、甲が該当機器を正常な状態で使用できないときは、乙は甲の要請に基づき、社員を該当機器の設置場所に派遣して、正常な状態で使用することができるよう速やかに対処しなければならない。5 機器の管理等⑴ 甲は、設置機器及び消耗品を、善良な管理者の注意をもって使用し、管理する。⑵ 甲が、故意又は重過失により設置機器又は消耗品に損傷を与えたときは、乙は、甲に対して損害賠償を請求することができる。6 情報管理機器に内蔵されたハードディスク等の記録媒体に記録された情報(以下「データ」という)の管理は、次のとおりとする。⑴ 乙は、データを業務の履行以外の用途に使用してはならない。⑵ 乙は、業務の履行に伴い生じたデータの管理に当たっては、漏えい、減失、き損、紛失、改ざん等を防止するなどその適正な運営に努めなければならない。⑶ 乙は、契約が完了されたとき、契約内容が変更されたとき、又はこの契約が解除されたときは、速やかにデータを消去しなければならない。7 予算が減額された場合等の途中解約⑴ この契約は長期継続契約とし、甲は、翌年度以降において当該コピー料金に係る歳出予算の金額について減額又は削除があった場合は、この契約を解除することができる。⑵ 前項の規定により甲がこの契約を解除した場合において、乙は、甲が翌年度以降に支払いを予定していたコピー料金を請求することはできない。 ⑶ 乙は、⑴の規定により甲がこの契約を解除したために生じた損害の賠償について、甲に請求することはできない。8 ⑷において乙は毎月末日に甲の担当者の確認を受けてコピー枚数を算出する。4 機器の保守等⑴ 乙は、甲が設置機器を常時正常な状態で使用することができるように、社員を機器の設置場所に派遣して、設置機器の点検及び調整を行なわなければならない。また、乙は必要に応じて、消耗品(用紙・ステープラー針を除く。)の供給を行うとともに、甲の職員に、設置機器の適正な操作方法を指導しなければならない。⑵ 設置機器の故障等により、甲が該当機器を正常な状態で使用できないときは、乙は甲の要請に基づき、社員を該当機器の設置場所に派遣して、正常な状態で使用することができるよう速やかに対処しなければならない。5 機器の管理等⑴ 甲は、設置機器及び消耗品を、善良な管理者の注意をもって使用し、管理する。⑵
