(6) Bidding method Regardless of whether the bidder is a taxable business entity or a tax-exempt business entity with respect to consumption tax and local consumption tax, the bidder must state in the bid document an amount equivalent to 110/100 of the estimated desired contract amount including various expenses related to the project.
