落札者の決定は、最低価格落札方式をもって行うので、入札方法は調達物品の予定数量に対する総価で行う。イ 入札者は、調達物品の本体価格のほか、運送費等納入に要する一切の諸経費を含め契約金額を見積もるものとする。ウ
