(1) Relationship with the manufacturer: Submit documents that clarify the relationship with the manufacturer as proof that the organizations and departments involved in the performance of this contract are clear, and that a system is clearly in place to ensure that communication and coordination with the manufacturer is carried out promptly and appropriately. (2) Quality of transportation: Present the transportation procedures and transportation route as proof that a system is in place to prevent accidents during transportation. The manufacturer's domestic sales agent may omit the submission of documents related to the review in (1) by submitting a copy of the agency certificate that is valid during the contract period.
