SROC Secure Space Description Construct pavement, fencing, generator, automatic transfer switch, power frequency converter, and supporting utilities for one 168 SM modular facility. The facility will be near Single Room Operation Center (SROC) and will include 10 workstations, a Special Access Program (SAP) compartmented area, and a briefing area, able to handle TS-SCI level classified material. Construction will include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, utility, and communications work required to produce a complete and usable facility. This project will comply with DoD and CENTCOM antiterrorism force protection (AT FP) requirements per United Facility Criteria 4-010-05, UFC 4-010-05, UFC 1-201-01, UFC 3-600-01, ICS 705-1, and the IC Tech Spec-for ICD ICS 705. Vendors and workforce must be from the United States and be United States Citizens. Vendors will need to have a CUI Non-Disclosure Agreement signed and submitted to POC before receiving attachments.
