Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau – EBVPD) (šių dokumentų 2 priedas). 3. dokumentus, pagrindžiančius, kad tiekėjas atitinka reikalavimus tiekėjų kvalifikacijai Tiekėjas, deklaruodamas, kad atitinka reikalavimus tiekėjų kvalifikacijai , teikiant paraišką turi pateikti šių dokumentų 4 priede nurodytus dokumentus ir užpildytą EBVPD.
